Licensed Insurance Representative

Dayshift | Monday–Friday

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting a licensed insurance professional for an established agency known for customer service and professional growth. The position supports clients with coverage decisions, policy service and ongoing account relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Help clients understand and select insurance products for personal or business needs.
• Maintain customer relationships through responsive, proactive service.
• Process applications, policy changes, renewals and claims-related service.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and follow agency procedures.
• Support retention and identify appropriate cross-selling opportunities.
• Work within applicable state licensing and agency compliance requirements.

What the employer is looking for

• Insurance sales, account management or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using computer systems for quotes, documentation and client records.
• Dependability, attention to detail and professional follow-through.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a busy insurance environment.
